Luz M. Pintor, 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning at the Palisades Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Luz was born in Puerto Rico and came to live most her life here in Hoboken for the past 65 years. Working as a Home Aid for many years Luz developed many lasting strong relationships everywhere she went earning great trust in our community, she will be sorely missed. She is the wife of the late Robert Guevara and survived by her loving daughter Annette Guevara, sister Carmen M Guzman, brother Jose A Classen, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation for all friends and relatives will be on Friday, March 9, 2018, from 3:00 to 9:00 PM at the Lawton-Turso Funeral Home corner of 7th and Washington Streets. A funeral mass will be offered on Saturday, March 10th at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph Catholic Church of Hoboken (60 Monroe Street) with burial immediately following at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ. Parking on Seventh Street.
