John F. Clemente 64, passed away peacefully at home on May 5, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. John was a life-long resident of Hoboken. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Inez (nee DiFiore). Beloved brother of Michele, Michael (Maureen) and Frank (Dolores).  Dear Uncle of Lynne, Lauren, Michael, Nicole and Frank, and Great Uncle of John, Harrison, Henry, and Emily. John was a retired Union City teacher who worked at Roosevelt Elementary, Alternative Education, and Union Hill Middle School. John also coached girls’ basketball and football in Union City and Hoboken.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 pm on Wednesday May 9, 2018, at Lawton-Turso Funeral Home in Hoboken, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Francis RC Church, Hoboken on Thursday May 10, 2018 at 10:00 am. Interment immediately following at the Holy Cross Cemetery North. Arlington NJ.
