Lesley Deanna Martin, Age 37, of Bayonne NJ, passed away unexpectedly on January 13th, 2020.
Born on March 9th, 1982 in Pasadena, California Lesley was adopted by her loving parents William Hammond and his wife Camila. She had a big heart and always expressed a willingness to help those in need. This could be seen particularly in the passion she had for her work as a Makeup Artist and Skincare Specialist. Her kindness helped to make friends everywhere she went, and she was loved by many. Lesley’s hobbies included gardening, painting, golf, cooking, and music.
Lesley’s memory will be cherished by her devoted husband, Tyson Martin and their three beloved children Trinity, Kanai, and Cicely, as well as her dear brother and sisters, Aaron Robnett, Sunnie Smith, and Merlene Pena, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Lesley on January 20th from 4PM-7PM at Lawton-Turso Funeral Home in Hoboken (corner of Washington and Seventh Streets, parking on Seventh). Burial private.
Hello Tyson, I am Sunnie. I’m Lesleys older sister by her adoption. I wanted to reach out to you and tell you how devastated I was to hear of Lesleys passing. I want to send my very deepest and most heartfelt condolences to you and your children. I sent flowers to the funeral home, I hope that they get there. I also want to let you know that even though Lesley danced in and out of my life at her whim, I did love her and I always missed her when she was in her silent mode.
