Jorge Luis Gonzalez,  72, better known to his loved ones as “Pucho,” passed on to his eternal resting place on November 13, 2021.

Jorge was a beloved father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was loved deeply by his family, as he was a kind and humble man. A man of a few words with a heart of gold. Jorge was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico in 1949 and was one of fourteen children. A huge family in a small home, but they made it work and he was taught family values and love. He moved to the NJ/NY area in his teenage years and met his wife at the age of 17 and they created a beautiful loving family together. He was always a hard worker and willing to help in any way possible. He was easy to love and get along with as he was a simple man full of love.

He is survived by his wife, Eufemia, daughter, Dahlialee, and sons, Jorge & Christopher, along with 12 loving grandchildren ranging from ages 6 through 32 years old, 5 great grandchildren, 9 siblings and many nieces and nephews that loved and cherished him.

We will forever hold Jorge close to our hearts and will miss him dearly. Our hearts are full knowing we have a personal angel watching over us. We love you Pucho!

Visitation for Jorge will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 4:00-8:00pm at Lawton-Turso Funeral Home, 633 Washington Street in Hoboken, NJ (Corner of Washington and Seventh Streets, parking on Seventh Street). A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 11:00am at St. Francis Catholic Church, 308 Jefferson Street in Hoboken, NJ.
