Anthony J. Petrone, 63, of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, formerly of Hoboken, passed away Saturday, June 11 in his home. Anthony was the husband of Elizabeth M. (nee Basile) Petrone. He worked as a splicer for Bell Atlantic and Verizon Communications for more than 20 years. He honorably served in the US Navy during peacetime.

Born in Hoboken, he was a son of the late Martha (Kroll) Petrone. Survivors: Wife; daughter Jennifer; stepsons Michael Carrero, Eric Carrero and wife Catherine; grandchildren Tristan, JonPaul and Emilia; oldest and dearest friend Ricky Zimmerman. 

Visitation for Anthony will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2022, from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Lawton-Turso Funeral Home at 633 Washington Street, Hoboken (Corner of Washington and Seventh Streets, parking on Seventh).
